Processing Time

Every Note My Date order is individually sourced and prepared. Unlike off-the-shelf products, each currency note must be physically located, verified for authenticity, checked for condition, and professionally framed before dispatch.

The complete process typically takes 8–10 days from the date of order confirmation. This includes:

  • Sourcing and locating a genuine note with your exact date in DDMMYY format
  • Authenticating the note and verifying uncirculated (UNC) condition
  • Professional framing and quality inspection
  • Secure packaging for safe transit

If you are ordering for a specific occasion (birthday, anniversary, etc.), please mention the date in your order notes and we will do our best to prioritise your order.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India via trusted courier partners. International shipping is not available at this time — if you’re ordering from outside India, please contact us at hello@notemydate.com before placing your order.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

Delivery

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package, as our products contain fragile framed items that require careful handling.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at hello@notemydate.com with your order number. We will work with our courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.
